Breakfast Green Smoothie Recipe

Clear body. Clear mind. Clear spirit. That is a great start to a day. So next to your Bible and pen, include a breakfast green smoothie drink!

1 Frozen Banana
(for potassium – muscle recovery, fiber – bowel normalizing and healthy weight)

1/2 cup Orange Juice
(for vitamin C – immunity)

1/2 cup Almond Milk
(for calcium – bone strength, vitamin A – vision, vitamin D – mental clarity)

2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
(for B-vitamins – ease stress and anxiety, omega 3 and 6 – reduce inflammation in the joints)

*1 teaspoon Spirulina
(for chlorophyll – remove toxins from blood and boost immune system)

*1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
(for complete protein (has all amino acids necessary to build muscle; like meat) – keep your energy steady all day, anti-oxidants – prevent toxic damage to cells)

*1 tablespoon Mesquite
(for magnesium – absorption of calcium into the bones, balance blood sugar, keep insulin levels steady)

1-2 tablespoon Hemp Protein Powder
(for being among the most digestible protein available – tissue, muscle and hormone formation as well as blood formation)
