No Bake Oatmeal Raisin Bar

Do you often find yourself reaching for a quick healthy snack?

No-bake oatmeal raisin bars will give you a boost of sustainable energy and curb your sweet tooth at the same time.

Trying to find a “healthy” health bar these days can be overwhelming. The overpriced, top-to-bottom shelf of bars often scares customers away from buying any of them. These No-Bake Oatmeal Raisin Bars are here to help. Buying bulk raisins, oats and seeds allows you to make batch after batch without breaking the bank. Experiment with different extracts (like mint) and ingredients (such as almonds) or add a little bit of chocolate.

Enjoy at home or on the go!

No-Bake Oatmeal Raisin Bars

1 cup raisins

¾ cup oats

1 cup sunflower seeds

¼ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Process the oats in a food processor, then add the other ingredients until blended well. Should be a moldable texture. Press bars out on wax paper about ½ in. high. Use a knife to shape the sides into a rectangle, and then make slices to create individual bars. Cover with wax paper or wrap into individual bars. Makes 6 bars. Place into airtight container and store in freezer for up to 1 week.
